This Policy sets out the data processing arrangements carried out by RLB Safeguarding Ltd.

The type of information we collect:
Contact details including enquirer’s full name/s, phone number and email address
Information regarding the company in scope of the project including any relevant company policies, procedures or meeting minutes
Payment transaction details for invoicing purposes

Storing and Retention of data:
RLB will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was originally collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Data Security:

RLB have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breaches and will notify you and any applicable regulator (the Information Commissioners Office) of a breach where legally required.

RLB will always hold your data securely and in line with the requirements of UK data protection legislation and do not transfer any of the personal data collected via the RLB website outside the EEA.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, RLB Safeguarding Ltd have one month to respond to you.
You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we have used your data.
